I've went through several heating pads the past few years due to a neck injury. They all seem to just stop working and never got hot enough. I love this heating pad-the size is great because it fits along the whole length of my spine, it provides a good amount of heat and has a 2 hr auto shut off. This is nice because I do fall asleep on it. I got the large 24"x12".
