The health and well-being of our users is always our priority. That is
why all LoFric catheters have the unique Urotonic™ Surface Technology
coating. It has a salt and solutes concentration similar to urine. This
makes the catheter’s surface layer in balance with the body (i.e.
isotonic to urine).
As a result, the lubricated catheter surface maintains smooth at both
insertion and withdrawal, minimizing the risks of urethral trauma,
bleeding and strictures.
